Hi There,
44.1 Khz is the most used samplerate, downsampling is really something you
want to avoid.
But then again it depends on where you want to use the codec for.
I mean for a voip app, it doesn't really mather the lack of 44.1, either you
choose 32Khz of 48Khz for quality standards you might wish / need.
But when transcoding existing recorded material from format X to Celt...then
it could be negative to not have the option of 44.1 Khz samplingfreq.

I hate to see the loss of flexibility (ie 44.1). How about a
CFR/VFR switch so that you accommodate both variable and fixed frame sizes?
Or
does this complicate the code too much?
