[CELT-dev] CELT complexity question

Hi,

For a while, there used to be two effective complexity values: with or
without pitch. In the current git, pitch has been removed, so the
complexity option currently has no effect. The plan is to re-introduce
complexity-based features in a more gradual manner, but that hasn't been
done yet.

Cheers,

	Jean-Marc
