Currently my OggIndex program just assigns both the role and name to be 
"audio/main" and "video/main" for all audio and video tracks 
respectively. I've not got as far as providing a command line parameter 
to specify the name and role. It would be pretty trivial to do so (for 
ffmpeg2theora too). I haven't yet tried/handled indexing files with 
multiple audio or video tracks.
