OMFG, I've just looked at the tree starting at:

	http://svn.xiph.org/trunk/oggdsf

which seems to contain complete (but out of date) source code trees for 
annodex, ogg, cmml, dirac, flac, ogm, speex, theora and vorbis as well
as links to a bunch of SVN externals.

The whole catastrophe is over 190 Meg!!!

Is that really the best way to get things done on windows?
