[ogg-dev] Album art - requirements

Hmm. Another alternative would be to invent another header packet that
just contains albumart, like flac's metadata_block_picture.
I think it would be better if we improved the vorbiscomment
specification (http://xiph.org/vorbis/doc/v-comment.html) and included
more of what flac's metadata_block_picture allows. There is already a
wiki page for vorbiscomment improvements:
