[ogg-dev] How many Ogg streams?

How is this 65307 number calculated ?
255 segments of 255 bytes yields 65025, and this 65307
number is also mentioned in the ogg docs (framing.html).
The difference between the two numbers is 82, a rather
odd number that doesn't give me a hint as to the answer.
