Not quite sure how to properly detect ALSA though, I just sent this as
an easy way for someone to toggle the top-of-the-file define which I
really should have not left as defaulting to noop (sorry) :)
As a user requested --disable-audio in configure.ac, I can certainly
cook something up soon.
