Yeah, I think List-ID is probably the right approach, though the
mailman help points at an RFC that defines all the other List-*
headers, but not that one... weird. Anyway, substring matching on
<ogg-dev at xiph.org> within that header should reliably work on this
list. I think.

I tend to just filter on [ogg-dev] in the subject line, which isn't
perfect, but does the job well enough. Some lists I exempt things
addressed directly to me.
