[neurosetta] positron 1.0 released

Xiph.org and Digital Innovations are pleased to announce the release of
positron 1.0  - the Linux syncronization manager software for the
Neuros Audio Computer.
 
Packages and source are available at http://www.xiph.org/positron.

This version now supports Ogg Vorbis files, although they are not yet
supported by the Neuros firmware yet.  A full changelog can be viewed
here:
