192 kbps is slightly too high for the Neuros to handle properly until
the optimized firmware comes out.  I am currently down-encoding to
112, but I agree this is an expensive operation.  Having the ability
to cheaply peel to an arbitrary lower bitrate would make my Neuros 90%
irritation free, even with the firmware in its current state.
