hello,
while using positron to add/remove files, errors occured. trying to fix
things i removed the directories i created under music on the mount
point for the neuros. then tried a "positron rebuild". somewhere among
these events the filesystem on the neuros became corrupt. i umount'ed
and tried a re-mount. i get:
zero:~# mount /neuros
mount: /dev/sda1 is not a valid block device
when this happens with my digital camera, i reformat the cf memory card
through the camera (i lose all data, but i can mount the camera again).
is this what i should do for the neuros? if so, how? i have tried to
reset to the factory settings, that didnt seem to help.
results of fsck:
zero:/proc/scsi/usb-storage-0# fsck /dev/sda1
fsck 1.34-WIP (21-May-2003)
dosfsck 2.9, 15 May 2003, FAT32, LFN
open /dev/sda1:No such device or address
i am out of ideas.
thanks for the help.
