[neurosetta] Can't mount Neuros?

You appear to have one of the unlucky setups that has problems with the
USB bugs in the Neuros firmware.  Some people have had success with the
2.4.20 kernel, so maybe hardware is a factor.

Please look at http://wiki.xiph.org/NeurosettaUSBIssues and add your
configuration to the Broken Configurations section.  We're trying to pin
down what the common factor is in these failures.

Other than that, not much I can suggest besides testing kernel 2.4.21 to
see if that changes anything.  Hopefully others on the list will have
some suggestions.
