Unfortunately, it isn't as usable for .ogg playback as the beta2 is.
I'm going to Germany tomorrow morning.  Is there *any* chance of
getting a beta3 with Monty's optimizations?  Or 1.40.2?

Otherwise, I'll be carrying around beta2 for 3 weeks.

BTW: Was the battery performance better for anyone who stuck with
1.40 than with beta2?  Beta2 was better than beta1 by a lot....
