[neurosetta] problem on positron with Red Hat 9

Hi!  After poking around more with your problem, I decided to go ahead
and install RedHat 9 into a virtual machine to test this.  (Yay vmware!)

Just to cover all the bases, I made RPMS of the most recent
pyogg/pyvorbis.  They are available at:

http://www.xiph.org/~volsung/pyogg-1.3-1.i386.rpm
http://www.xiph.org/~volsung/pyvorbis-1.3-1.i386.rpm

After the standard RedHat 9 libvorbis and libogg packages, I installed
the pyogg and pyvorbis packages.  Then I installed the positron RPM from
http://www.xiph.org/positron/files/binary/rpm/positron-1.0-1.noarch.rpm

Next I ran positron config to setup my configuration. Finally, I made
sure that ~/.positron/config had the line:

oggvorbis_support=true

I was then able to sync an Ogg file to the Neuros.
