[neurosetta] problem on positron with Red Hat 9

When I run positron sync, it says I have no ogg/vorbis installed. I
tried to reinstall, on plain RH9, but nothing seems to happen. What
should I do now? Any help is appreciated.

just as it was before the commands I pasted in here. I also run:

/usr/include/python2.2/pyogg/pyogg.h
