[Icecast] Restart or reload Icecast after changing source-password?

Generally Icecast supports reloading it's config to the extend of what
is possible (from a logic perspective).

So reloading is totally file for updating credentials.

Best to be done via your init system. However newer versions also
include a reload button in the admin interface. :)
