[Icecast] SSL support in version 2.5

AFAICS the Debian stable (bullseye) version supports SSL:

ldd /usr/bin/icecast2 | grep -i ssl
        libssl.so.1.1 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libssl.so.1.1

However the previous version (oldstable, buster) did not.
