[Icecast] Icecast multi proc

Almost a few years ago, Icecast don't was designed to use Multicore, around
7 years ago, the branch of KH was rewrited to use mutliple cores/threads, I
run on production many years with more than 30k concurrent users into the
same mountpoint using 12 cores
