[Icecast] Win32 - log not created

I’m not an expert, and I’m on a Pi, but this works for me...

<paths>
   <logdir> /home/pi/icecast2/logs</logdir>
</paths>
<loglevel>4</loglevel>

Save a blank error.log text file in the location.
