[Icecast] Icecast support forum available?

The home page of the mail list (
http://lists.xiph.org/mailman/listinfo/icecast) says," a web forum for user
support" is available.  However, I don't see any info about at icecast.org.

Is a forum available where we can easily search for problems and solutions?
