All that needs to be done is that the new provider configure the
directory in the server. You also must set your stream 'public' in the
source client.

The directory will then pick up the change automatically. In fact it
contains only "live" data. So about 20 minutes after you left the old
provider it will "forget" you. The new server can then add you again.
