[Icecast] ogg midi

Can someone kindly elaborate on the 'ogg midi' support mentioned in the V 2.3 release news:
Version 2.3New Features
Streaming support for ogg speex, ogg flac, ogg midi

I am unable to find any more information regarding 'ogg midi'
A. Does this mean Icecast can stream midi info embedded in an ogg file?
B. How would one go about doing this? Is there a source client that will create an ogg stream containing midi information?
C. If item B is possible, is there a client listener (i.e. VLC, foobar2000) that can extract the midi data from received stream?
