I'm not sure why you want to add an init script here.
The fedora package of Icecast does contain a service definition or an
init script (depending on fedora version).
As FC20 uses systemd you should regardless be able to control things
using 'systemctl'.

Could it be that you got confused due to the absence of the init script?
If so, time to learn systemd. :-)
