[Icecast] Icecast 2 on ubuntu 14 - service will not start using /etc/init.d

Update.
/etc/init.d/icecast2 stop will stop the service that I started manually
using icecast2 -c icecast.xml
/etc/init.d/icecast2 restart will restart ther service.
