That's probably a harmless problem like a missing file or such.

Call a necromancer, stat!
If you are fumbling such old libraries/packages, you probably are
dealing with a horribly outdated and massively insecure system. Your
best option is to abandon ship, as fast as you can.
If, for whatever wicked reasons, you still decide to continue with that:
Get _latest_ Icecast, you're building from sources anyway and our
dependencies haven't changed at all. There were half a brazillion of
issues fixed between what you are trying to run and now. On top of that
there were many security issues fixed since then.
Also for added WTFery, why did you resurrect a one DECADE old email
thread? As bonus the topic now had nothing to do with your problem.
