[Icecast] schedule a fallback and / 2 sources streaming at 1 server ???

Well Peter Brooks mentioned this earlier in the thread but it seemed 
tricky to me. After you mentioned it (again) i took a closer look at it, 
i tried it a bit and i liked it but though  I haven't found the time to 
look carefully at it.
