You're running on Windows. On a unix usually a log rotation program
is used to remove old entries.
Something like:
C:
CD \logfile\directory
DEL Access-10.log
REN Access-09.log Access-10.log
REN Access-08.log Access-09.log
REN Access-07.log Access-08.log
REN Access-06.log Access-07.log
REN Access-05.log Access-06.log
REN Access-04.log Access-05.log
REN Access-03.log Access-04.log
REN Access-02.log Access-03.log
REN Access-01.log Access-02.log
REN Access.log Access-01.log
might work on Windows as a scheduled task.
