[Icecast] documentation

hi,

I am just putting together a manual for Icecast. Its aimed at new users.
Its in a manual repository of sorts so its open for anyone to contribute
(no edits are 'live' to the manual, but get checked and 'published'
regularly).

If anyone had the time to check the docs or contribute I would really
appreciate it. The manual can be found here:
