[Icecast] Flag fileserve & Relay/Master model

Dear All,

In Icecast config file: /etc/icecast/icecast.xml, "fileserve" 
flag turns on the icecast2 in fileserver from which static files 
(e.g. mysong.ogg/mp3) can be served to listeners.
All files are served relative to the path specified in the 
<paths><webroot> configuration setting.

Because there is no mountpoint with this flag, I would like 
to know if it is possible to use a relay/master 
model for serving static files with this flag?
