Is there any software that I can configure on my system, zip and send to other and have them just run it to start encoding. I've involved with a group that streams police scanners and i'm looking for a way I can just send someone a zip file, have them uncompress and run it without the need to configure anything.
Is there anything like this out there? I was looking at stream transcoder but from what I was reading on the website it tends to crash.
