[Icecast] streaming providers

You might take a look at http://www.metaflash-direct.com. That site would 
appear to meet your needs. (Full disclosure: I'm one of the owners of the 
site.) It runs icecast 2.2.0 and ices 0.4 and the later ices or another 
encoder can easily be provided.
