[Icecast] video streaming

PD works very well for streaming theora to icecast...i ahve made a patch
that allows you to mix 2 video4linux devices, movies, text overlays and
jpeg, then send
it w audio to icecast2
if u want it i can point u at it
it could also support ieee1394 if i could only get the pix_2pdp patch to
work
