It is a web application, in so far as it presents a webpage to the user. 
To see it in action, visit http://interactive.acbradio.org during the times 
that we have no live presenters on air.  These are typically mornings GMT 
(i.e. during the US late night), but you can look at our schedule for exact 
times.
