The title you are currently getting is send as a HTTP style header so
you only get that the once.  The shoutcast style metadata updates occur
within the MP3 data stream but effectively breaks the MP3 spec, so these
are only sent if the clients ask for it, WMP is not asking for it.

If we did send the metadata no matter what, then you will still not see
the title updates and audio glitches will occur.
