[Icecast] Playlist containing both MP3 and OGG

Hi:

Ices 0.4 can read both Ogg and MP3 and output MP3, but Ices 2 only accepts 
Ogg input.  You could get around this by using an external app to play, 
either to stdin or captured from the soundcard.
