[icecast] XML statistics?

Well, I'm not sure what's going wrong, then. It's meant to produce an XML 
file, and last time I checked it did produce an XML file. So either you're 
doing something wrong, or a bug has been introduced, and this doesn't 
currently work.

The file produced by the server IS an XML file.
