[icecast] MB soundcards and PCI soundcards

Yep, I checked all tose variables, and have tried installing things in
different manners. But this is something I am seeing on multiple
machines.
I can get one or the other to work just fine with normal Linux audio. I
will also look into subscribing to the linux audio list.
Fuinny that icecast is having problems only seeing the input on the PCI
card.
Haven't had a chance to really test out alsa. Perhaps it is time :-)
I'll keep looking into this.
I will be updating my FAQ pretty soon. I need to mention the latest
icecast-2.0.0 release and also update the section on darkice.
