[Icecast] RC1 xslt error

Using Suse 9.2 when I run ./configure I get configure: error: XSLT configuration could not be found

libxslt-1.1.12-1
libxml2-2.6.16-1
Is Installed.   

Can anyone help with this, I normally run the win32 versions.
