kh24 was the last one I did with the url metadata update code in, I
implemented the multi ogg codec (vorbis/theora/speex) input after that. 

I can add in the original code as a configure option if need be in kh37
just so that people have that possibility, unfortunately it won't merge
into one module so easily.
