[icecast] Update Metadata of ogg stream

I'm trying out icecast-2.0-kh36 right now. The below message seems to
imply that Karl's branch *can* update ogg metadata on streams somehow
through the admin interface.
Is this correct? And if so, how? This is a major hole in the official
2.0 release from my point of view.
