[icecast] Can connect to example1.ogg but not example1.ogg.m3u

Check your <hostname> setting in the icecast2 config, I believe that is 
used in the building of the m3u...you also might want to use wget to 
retrieve 10.1.1.101:8000/example1.ogg.m3u and take a look at the file...
