[icecast] icecast and ssl -error?

I'm not aware of any other lib with a similar issue, don't forget that
the development package is also needed, which looks to be missing from
what you previously posted.  For linking you should have a 

/usr/lib/libssl.so

also check what is reported with

curl-config --libs
