[icecast] Client has fallen too far behind

Hello,

Anybody got any idea what could be causing this:

is this just a bad connection to the icecast server? When I ping the 
server is get a reply of 20ms and no packet loss.

i'm using:

-icecast2
-ezstream to create a mp3 stream to the icecast server (ezstream is on 
the sameserver as the icecast software)
- full 100mbit link on the icecast server
- itunes 4 to listen to the stream
- 1mbit adsl link tru which i'm listening

there is also a relay stream on this server which doesn't seem to have 
the problem.
