[icecast] YP replacing . with -

Just wanted to let everyone know that the issue with some stations 
displaying '-' when it should have been showing '.' (i.e. www-oddsock-org) 
has been resolved.  It was tracked down to a stupid typo bug in 
libcgi...this was causing %2e to be replaced with - (which is %2d) rather 
than . (which is %2e)...
