[icecast] How to set up mp3 and ogg streaming?

Hi:

Ices (version 2) does not do MP3 streaming, only ogg.  If you want to use
ices to generate your stream, you could use Oddsock's stream transcoder
(www.oddsock.org) to transcode your stream into MP3.
