[icecast] capturing pid from command line

Of course this wouldnt be an option for Win32, as oddocks console can be ran
as a NT Service.

Obviously this would only be needed for *nx environments

Maybe
#ifdef _WIN32
#define pid
#endif

Im no c/c++ guru but it seems something like that added to whatever.c file?
and of course the added source files to facilitate this,
thats why you guys are the programmers and im just the promoters with ideas
:)
