[icecast] no mp3s with ices2!? an other way?

one suggestion ;  i have ices2-2.x doing (1) live encoding and (2) .ogg
recast , depending on the time of day, etc ..

to add mp3 support , I've now got streamTranscoder running as well .. this
provides another mp3 mountpoint , and this works with icecast2 .

i've had it running for about a week now , and it's going well .
