[icecast] Icecast2 / Ogg / oddcastDSP / Winamp2 Constant Prebuffering

Sounds like you forgot to name your mountpoint ending in .ogg.  Winamp
assumes everythign is mp3 unless you give it a file extension.  It
ignores mimetypes.
