[icecast] ices2 compilations problems

The file 'config.log' from where you ran 'configure' usually has the
arguments passed to [g]cc, where it's really looking, what is't
really finding, and so-on.  Posting that here might help, or just
examining it closely might yield what's going on.

There's definately something wrong if it isn't finding your Shout,
but narrowing it down to a single configuration file or argument
makes debugging much, much easier even though you gave a good amount
of info as it is.
