It's meant to work. I suspect there's some sort of subtle bug that means it
doesn't. Since I don't have any windows machines to run scDSP on, I can't
easily test/fix this. Since shoutcast's protocol is nasty and unspecified
(it's sort of like HTTP, but horribly mutilated), I'm not really sure what the
problem is. It'd probably be easily fixed if I had some network traces of what
the shoutcast DSP does when connecting to icecast2.

As an aside, the mp3 metadata support was primarily (originally) written to
support _relaying_ of shoutcast servers - which is why it's at least somewhat
useful even without shoutcastDSP working.
